Teachers Must Be Learners

Great referral! When I first got into this teaching-teachers thing a colleague warned me that teaching teachers would be harder and more frustrating than teaching kids. He understated the case!

So, now the question is, how do we find out if teachers are master learners before we hire them? How do we communicate to preservice teachers the importance of being a learner?
